PACKAGING

We believe that single-use plastic is crap and we avoid using it completely! We proudly ship all our products in 100% zero-waste materials, without any plastic tapes/labels/stickers/bubble wraps, etc… We use only cardboard boxes, paper fillings, cornstarch pellets and paper tapes/stickers that are made of recycled materials and are biodegradable or home-compostable. Our thermal labels are BPA-free and are recyclable. Please #gozerowaste 



LEAD TIME

Our usual lead time is 3-5 working days or up to 10 days during busy times such as Mother's Day, Easter, Summer Holidays & Christmas. We will prepare your order as soon as possible and send it using your chosen shipping method.

If you are local to us and would like to collect your order, then please select the free Local Pick-Up option at checkout. You will receive instructions via email once your order is ready for collection.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

International delivery fees start at £28.95 using DHL Worldwide or Parcel Force tracked services.

We currently ship to the USA, Canada and most European countries (Austria, Belgium, Czechia, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Greenland, Hungary, Iceland, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, Monaco, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, San Marino, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland)

Important notes about international orders
  • Prices are calculated at the checkout based on weight.
  • All parcels shipped outside the United Kingdom are considered International and will be sent with DHL or Royal Mail tracked service. A full address and valid phone number are required for us to arrange international parcel shipping. To avoid any delays, please leave these details at the checkout. 
  • Depending on the volume and weight of your parcel, additional charges may apply to be able to dispatch international parcels. If you do not agree to pay these, we reserve the right to cancel your order.
  • International parcels are usually dispatched within 3-5 working days. Our couriers do not deliver to PO Box (Post Office Box) addresses.
  • Customs or import duty fees may be charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges and do not know what the cost would be, since customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country. Please check possible fees in your country before placing an order. 

 

HOLIDAY NOTES

From time to time, we take short breaks from the studio during public holidays, seasonal closures, or planned rest periods.

During these times, shipping of physical products may be temporarily paused. Any physical orders placed during an active holiday period will be carefully prepared and dispatched once we return to the studio, in the order they were received.

Digital products and online courses remain available as normal during all holiday periods. These are fully automated and accessible instantly after purchase, so you can download and start learning straight away.

Please note that course support and message replies may also be paused while we are away. Support will resume once we are back in the studio. All courses are designed to be clear, structured, and easy to follow independently, so you are welcome to join or purchase during this time.

Whenever a holiday pause is active, we will always pin a dated notice at the top of this page with the exact timeframe, so you know what to expect before placing an order.
