Sea salt helps to gently cleanse and refresh the skin, supporting a smoother feel and helping to wash away daily build-up.

Epsom salt provides a boost of magnesium and is often used to ease tension, leaving the skin feeling relaxed and comfortable after soaking.

Himalayan pink salt offers trace minerals and light exfoliation, helping the skin feel smoother and more energised.

If you use a teabag, fill it and massage with your hands to help the salts dissolve in the water.
